The place is so neglected and scary , I think it’s under construction I wonder why is it in bookings if they know it’s still under construction, I was not happy at all

I booked and pay online via booking.com and when I arrived the security was sleeping we had to hooter for a long time and she told us that they didn’t give her keys for our room and we had to go back I am still waiting for refund

The place was nice and clean but the confusion that I had when I got there made this such a bad experience.

When I got there I was told they don't use online bookings anymore. I had to find another place to sleep or to pay again at 11pm at night. The staff was kind enough to let us in but I was then woken up very early in the morning to pay again for my stay.
